Recruited on an initial 12-month FTC, the Interim Finance Director (Transformation and Change) will act as the right-hand person to a forward thinking and approachable CFO, who has a clearly defined vision of where the improvements are needed over the coming months.Key Responsibilities include:Lead and execute a comprehensive transformation plan to address regulatory concerns and improve financial processes.Provide senior leadership to stabilise the finance team and enhance overall performance.Be an approachable and people-centred leader to the Finance team.Establish a solid foundation in budgeting, business partnering, and stakeholder engagement to drive organisational success.This is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract, offering a rare opportunity to play a crucial role in turning around the fortunes of a Housing Association facing financial and regulatory challenges.
