DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the interim finance business partner :* Develop and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.* Supporting with data gathering and input into Adaptive Insights* Provide financial insight, support and challenge to the department and wider organisation.* Financial planning and budgeting processes for the assigned department.* Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.* Provide training and support to non-finance staff on financial matters.* Undertake any other duties that may be required.ProfileThe successful interim finance business partner will be:ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifiedHave experience in an housing association or property development industryExperienced in interim commercial finance rolesHave strong interpersonal skillsHave had exposure to major capital programs Job OfferA competitive day rate is on offer to the successful candidate, along with flexible/ hybrid working.
