Job Description The key responsibilities of the interim finance business partner :* Develop and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.* Supporting with data gathering and input into Adaptive Insights* Provide financial insight, support and challenge to the department and wider organisation.* Financial planning and budgeting processes for the assigned department.* Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.* Provide training and support to non-finance staff on financial matters.* Undertake any other duties that may be required.
The Successful Applicant The successful interim finance business partner will be:ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifiedHave experience in an housing association or property development industryExperienced in interim commercial finance rolesHave strong interpersonal skillsHave had exposure to major capital programs
