Interim Finance Business Partner

We are seeking an Interim Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner for a minimum of a 9 month contract. This role is pivotal in providing strategic financial insights to drive the company's growth and evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for full P&L forecasting, conducting performance analysis, and delivering data-backed recommendations to support decision-making processes.Responsibilities:
* Deliver financial insights to support strategic direction and growth
* Lead full P&L forecasting and ongoing performance analysis
* Review monthly variance analysis on actual results vs plan/forecast
* Facilitate financial review meetings and communicate with various business departments
* Develop and monitor financial KPIs to drive growth and improve margins
* Balance critical finance deliverables with operational requests to meet deadlinesRequirements:
* Proven track record as a Finance Business Partner or financial analyst
* Strong analytical and commercial skills
* Adept at business partnering and communication
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to multitask effectively
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Power BI is desirableThe role would suit an experienced candidate who is available immediately, or at short notice.
