A day in the life of
As Duty Manager you will lead the Front Office operation, always ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all customer enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently, always achieving the best revenue streams. you will also oversee all recruitment and continual development of the front office team ensuring departmental objectives for the team are set and feedback is provided on a regular basis.
Based in the Hampton by Hilton Blackpool you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesnt always mean working around the clock.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in working as a Duty Manager, managing a team and responding to guest requests.

About Hampton by Hilton Blackpool This Hotel is located near to Blackpool Pleasure Beach amusement park and has 204 beds.
A five-minute drive from Blackpool airport, the hotel is located within walking distance of Pleasure Beach and two tram stations providing access to the city centre. The hotel is part of a £31 million regeneration project that plans to build new office blocks, retail outlets, parking space and additional tram stops between main train stations and the city centre.
