Interim Corporate/Funds Lawyer- Up to £120k- Investment Manager

We are working on a brilliant 16 month contract with a growing asset manager, who are looking to find an interim corporate/private funds lawyer to cover an extended maternity leave. There is a potential permanent conversion after the contract tenure finishes. The incoming lawyer will be key in the raising and development of new funds, so someone who can hit the ground running and get to know stakeholders quickly would be ideal. Some real estate experience would beneficial but the incoming hire would need explicit funds/LP experience. This role could also suit a corporate lawyer who has moved into funds.
