Interim Chief Financial Officer

Job Description
Our private medical provider require an Interim CFO for 6-12 months, based in London.
You will be required to support the CEO and wider Board members during a period of transformation (namely modernisation), capital raising and strategic approach, whilst maintaining brand legacy and heritage.
Key responsibilities:
Continue to drive best-practice utilisation of the newly implemented ERP system (Oracle)
Liaise comfortably with all senior stakeholders including the CEO, and Board members – navigate the relationship between implementing change and strategy vs taking the team on the modernization journey with them
Support in embedding a new finance team into the organization, ensuring best-practice controls, budgeting etc. to ensure accurate, timely and effective financial insight
Provide an all-rounded approach to the finance function with knowledge of the private healthcare industry; support the CEO in strategic initiatives
Ability to be in the office when required (5 days per week initially to develop relationships in a dispersed office space)
