Interim Building Surveyor - Outside IR35

A busy local authority on the South Coast (West Sussex) are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to assist with a variety of duties within the Councils housing stock.

Main Duties:

• post and pre inspections
• Voids
• Damp and Mould
• stock condition surveys
• Managing Small Works

The role will be outside of IR35 for an initial 12 months. You will be joining a friendly and experienced team of surveyors.

Candidates must have a Building Surveying background in Housing/Residential.
