Interim Accountant

Marks Sattin has partnered with a well established Property Group who are in search of an interim accountant on a 6-12 Month assignment.
**Position:** Financial Accountant **Salary:** £60-70k**Start Date:** 13th - 29th May**Location:** Central London based (3 Days in Office per week) **Role Overview:**
Join a dynamic financial reporting team supporting key processes including half-yearly results, quarterly joint venture reporting, statutory accounts, and corporation tax returns. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development within a renowned real estate company.
**Responsibilities:**- Assist the reporting team in project managing and preparing annual financial statements for approximately 70-80 statutory accounts.- Supporting with production of management accounts alongside the wider finance team- Conduct quarterly analytical reviews of actual performance versus budget/forecast.- Undertake financial analysis to evaluate the financial strength of new and existing customers.- Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects as needed throughout the year. **Candidate Profile:**- Qualified accountant CA/ACA (or equivalent) and experience in audit- Experience or Interest in working with a Group Finance function.- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.- Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and financial deadlines.
