You will work primarily with our Integrations team and the wider Service Management function, acting as an intermediary between them and our external partners, as well as interacting with our product teams across the business.
Reporting into our Head of Service Management, you’ll be responsible for the day to day operations of keeping our integrations operating effectively, going through assurance and governance processes for new or changing integrations, and escalating/managing any challenges with stakeholders. You will be expected to think about how we can build strategic and proactive relationships with these partners to enable us to deliver the product functionality needed to achieve our vision. Some of the projects that you can expect to work on include integrations with new hospital patient record and patient administration systems, being one of the main operational contacts for our key primary care integration partners, and working closely with NHS bodies to ensure we’re meeting their requirements.

You’ll be the single person responsible and accountable for creating and running the process required for maintaining existing integrations and setting up new integrations, with clear internal escalation points and roles/responsibilities.
You'll be the operational expert for all our integrations, understanding how they interact with the product, what impact our product usage has on the integrated 3rd parties as usage changes over time, where dependencies lie and which stakeholders to involve and when.
You’ll be theoperational point of contact for external non-technical stakeholders and own the external reporting obligations we’re contractually bound to with our stakeholders
You’ll be thesingle point of contact for technical integration partners, acting as the escalation point for issues they raise, and able to proactively take challenges and improvement opportunities to them.
You’ll work closely with our engineering function toimprove how we manage changes to integrations, ensuring we’re not negatively impacting release cycles.
You’llprogramme manage work to change existing or introduce new integrations, collaborating with our engineering function to ensure how engineering work is sequenced fits in with the overall plan to get integrations assured and operationally ready as quickly as possible. (Note: this does not require you to manage engineering delivery on a day–to-day basis.)
