Integration Manager

Integration Manager | retail | London (Hybrid) | up to �105,000

I am working with a well-known retail brand who are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to join their engineering function. Your role is to ensure my client's key technology integration platforms are efficient and effective. You will be matrix managing a team in the UK as well as managing a offshore team in India as well as multiple vendors. My client have large legacy IT estate and will be moving from multiple integration platforms to a microservices arrangement in the next 12 months as part of their digital transformation.
This role is 90% remote with 1-2 office visits a month as well as a very generous bonus scheme up to 30%.
Required Skills & Experience:

• Integration platform experience (e.g. MuleSoft, SAP or Salesforce)
• Experienced with microservices
• Experience managing offshore teams
• Deep understanding of iterative delivery practices, including product-oriented delivery
• Stakeholder Management c-suite down
• Experience with Azure desirable

• Roadmap Planning
• Governance set up and management
• Supplier management
• Release & technical change management
• Demand & capacity management
