I'm on the lookout for a talented
Middleware/Integration Developer
to join a growing tech team within a well-backed retail firm in the West Midlands. We're looking to add a key member to their development and solutions team to play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and implementing middleware solutions that streamline communication and data exchange across the entire enterprise ecosystem.
Key details:
Salary: £35,000-45,000
Location: West Midlands hub + flexible hybrid working model (remote)

Skills desired / what you will learn:
Closely collaborate with the Business and Solutions Team to define the parameters for job requests and development needs.
Knowledge of developing APIs in accordance with Open API 3.1.0 standards
Knowledge with contemporary middleware platforms, including Google Apigee/Application Integration, Mulesoft, and Azure Data Factory
JavaScript and Python
Middleware tools like pub sub-queues and ActiveMQ
Examine, evaluate, and suggest fixes in accordance with Middleware best practices.
Knowledge of technical terms like transaction management, threading, connection pooling, caching, etc.
Oversee development implementation, making sure work is finished on time and in accordance with quality standards.
Awareness of the modern technologies as they surface
CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GIT
