Its a unique agency, with a strong leadership team who have a passion for their people as much as the creative work.The RoleThis role represents a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of well-known brands in a fun, fast-paced and supportive team. For one particular client in the financial services sector, the agency delivers impactful strategic recommendations and effective and unexpected creative campaigns and content across a wide range of channels including social, digital, partnerships and most recently cinema. There is also a truly integrated account in the entertainment sector where you will manage projects across the full spectrum of channels, from TV through to social, OOH and instore through to specific partner and retailer communications. This account is fast paced, exciting and has potential for delivering a wide array of assets in various formats, lengths and channels.Finally, you will also work on some very fun FMCG food brands. The channels for these span radio, VOD, digital and social and the agency covers everything from smaller social campaigns and asset adaptations through to big new brand ideas and launch campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesScoping, costing, planning and specification of projects.Setting projects up for success by ensuring all relevant data is entered into the agency's ERP system.Organising and playing a key part in Kick offs and internal WIPS with internal teams.Creation of and adherence to project timelines and budgets, and ensuring issues, risks or challenges are communicated to the relevant CS Lead.Working closely with Creative and Production Leads to effectively assign creative, studio and production resource across multiple projects.Coordinating integrated campaigns from creative ideation through to production and delivery.Picking up the delivery workstream from the CS Project Lead, following approval of core project assets, rolling out further variants and formats across paid and owned channels and supplying to channel owners as required.Be the main point of contact for your BD Group to plan, book and manages appropriate resources via the Traffic department and Heads of Department. Management of external resource and suppliers.Maintaining close relationships with key stakeholders and clients where applicable and working collaboratively with colleagues across the group.Responsibility for the quality and profitability of projects.Demonstrating a proactive and solutions-focused way of working.Key RequirementsProject Scoping – a proven track record in scoping complex TTL campaigns, ensuring creation of accurate resource plans, project schedules and price quotes, with clarity about what is and isn’t included in the delivery and risk mitigation plans. Production Knowledge – a good understanding of planning/strategy, creative, design and how stuff is made, are key. From a static social post to a TV ad. From OOH to a printed poster and everything in between.Media Understanding - Experience interpreting complex media plans and the subsequent delivery of appropriate assets to media agencies and/or owners. You will understand the implications of different channels, formats and technologiesAn Eye for Detail - always ensuring an excellent standard of delivery from the agency. Budget Management – proven experience in tightly managing the finances around a project to ensure successful, profitable, and efficient delivery. Running reconciliations and having regular check ins to ensure projects remain on track.Strong Communication Skills - You’ll be a calm, clear and confident communicator - you’ll hold the specific delivery knowledge and will be the go-to person of your team to make things happen. You’ll also be an active listener and problem-solver with the ability to build trust with your peers quickly. building trusted relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners. Positive Attitude - A ‘can-do / go-getter’ attitude and with an ability to make things happen. Be the glue, the go to person for a delivery solution.
