Insurance Sales Advisor

We are representing an insurance business in Brighton who are looking for an Insurance Advisor to join them on a permanent basis with exciting growth plans in place which will create further opportunities for the right people!

This is a high volume based role with a good return on commission and a real career prospect.

With a basic salary of �25,000 and uncapped commission, you can earn will within this role with the OTE sitting at around �40,000+ realistically. Some are earning �50,000+!

This roles operating hours are between 09:00 - 18:00 on a shift pattern between these hours with no weekends!

Duties and responsibilities:
* Following up on customer enquiries & advising on products and suitable insurance packages
* Providing information about new, existing services
* Building rapport and relationships over the phone
* High outbound calling due to the amount of warm leads they get through
* Making sure KPI's are being met
* Re -engaging with lapsed customers and upsell solutions

This role will require experience within financial services and within a sales role to be successful.
