Our client is a global market leader within the premier car industry. They are looking to recruit an Insurance Product Coordinator to manage the relationships between dealerships and their outsourced providers to ensure their customers get the premier level service they expect.This is a highly regulated industry, therefore experience of working in a regulated role would be n advantage.What you will do day to day. -No one day will ever be the same, as a different day will bring different challengesWhen a customer has been miss sold, misinformed or generally feels they have had bad service given to them by one of their providers, the complaint will come through to the Insurance Product Coordinator who will liaise with internal and external colleagues to resolve.There is also a small part of the role, where you will check and update their website to make sure new products are represented correctly and that the wording is compliant with Financial Services regulations, and there has been no oversite on any products or information.Who you will be?-You will have experience of managing relationships, at all levels external, internal and suppliersYou will be resilient and calmYou will have experience of running projectsYou will have brand awareness with a previous company (full training will be given on their brand)You will have great negotiating skills to chase through with to get a job resolvedYou will be confident at presenting your findings to stakeholders and internal colleaguesMust haves -Experience of managing relationshipsAttention to detail in all aspects of your jobGood Microsoft skills including ExcelIt would be an advantage to have-Experience of a regulated industryInsurance experienceProof reading (attention to detail)If you are a graduateExpereince of complaint handling
