Our client is a market leading practice. It enjoys and enviable position in the market retained by an impressive list of clients including major insurers, large corporates, brokers, loss adjusters and public sector clients. There is a real diversity of instructions arising from retail, manufacturing, transport, leisure and entertainment sectors. New position has arisen for an experienced paralegal or legal executive to join a successful and well-structured insurance litigation team in Manchester. You will be engaged in a rewarding caseload of largely EL and PL matters. Previous experience of assisting on a litigated caseload is essential. You will be involved in all aspects of the case and typical responsibilities and duties will including investigating liability, assessing merits, quantifying loss, conducting litigation, trial preparations/and or reaching settlement.
