Insurance Credit Controller

This is a varied and interesting Insurance Credit Control role where you will be dealing with other large organisations and also working closely with a wide range of colleagues from many other teams to resolve payment and accounts issues.Are you looking to work in an experienced team dealing with other major Companies? Our growing Insurance client is looking to recruit more talented Insurance Credit Controllers to their team.Some of these accounts are International, so experience of dealing with foreign currencies would be an advantage although not essential as full training is provided to ensure you are able to provide a first-class service to your clients.Our Client works on a hybrid basis so is comfortable with you being able to manage your working week between being at home and in the office. As a Credit Controller your main responsibilities will include: Actively manage your Client's accounts to a high standard and within deadlinesAct as the main point of contact for all matters relating to paymentsEnsure the secure, efficient and auditable handling of client's monies Timely collection and payment of monies, chasing and minimisation of fundingMaintain up to date and accurate recordsReview and reconcile cash on a daily basisIdentify debtor related problems and negotiate to resolveCompliance with internal accounting procedures and external regulationsTo be successful as a Credit Controller you will demonstrate: Confidence with numbers and a desire to build a career which involves detailed reconciliations and resolving Client issuesGood communication skills (both written and verbal)Ability to organise and prioritiseExcellent attention to detailAbility to build strong working relationshipsExperience within the Insurance Industry is advantageous and will enable you to attract a salary higher in the salary rangeBenefits:In return you will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package including an excellent pension scheme, medical insurance, life insurance, and flexible benefits including the option to buy or sell extra holiday and many more.
