Due to continued growth, Smart Solutions is actively recruiting for a Claims Handler to join our globally renowned client based in South Wales.
To be considered for this role youll need at least 3-years experience within a similar role, specifically Employers and Public Liability Insurance claims (Personal Injury will be considered). Prior experience is essential as youll be managing your own designated case-load, ensuring claims are processed and settled within the companys guideline.

Key Responsibilities of the Claims Handler :
Maintaining accurate file by file & pay-peril reserves to meet the Companys liabilities.
Ensuring all claims allocated are controlled within company philosophies/procedures and KPIs to achieve investigation, negotiation and equitable settlement in accordance with levels of expertise/authority/responsibility of team staff.
