Insurance Branch Manager

Branch Manager needed for brand new office for well-established Insurance firm opening in Tunbridge Wells.
Location: Tunbridge Wells TN1 (Kent)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday (Apply online only) (35hrs paid)
Salary: Competitive and negotiable.
Contract: Permanent
This is not a remote role.
Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a strong commercial or motor trade insurance background.
Cert CII is an advantage.
Qualifications for Motor Insurance / Commercial Insurance RQF's / IF8
Understanding the UK insurance market, including trends, risks, and regulatory factors.
Honesty, integrity, capability, and financial soundness as required under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
Key Responsibilities
Staff Management - Recruit, train and supervise branch staff, fostering positive and a productive work environment.
Sales Leadership - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed branch targets.
Customer Service - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Operational Oversight - Manage daily operations, including budgeting, reporting and compliance with company policies.
Risk Management - Ensure the branch operates in accordance with industry regulations and company standards.
Reporting - Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
