About Our Client Our client is a highly reputable law firm, with a strong presence in London. With over 1000 employees, they have a well-established Legal department that works on a wide range of matters across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Job Description The role will include professional indemnity disputes (particularly defending claims against finance professionals, solicitors, insurance brokers and construction professionals); financial lines, W&I, marine, reinsurance and cyber risks; complex policy coverage matters and insurance advisory (including drafting and advising on binding authority agreements, claims handling agreements, service agreements and TOBAs).
The Successful Applicant A successful Insurance Associate should have:A degree in Law or a related field.Proven experience in an Insurance Associate role or similar.Strong knowledge of insurance law and industry practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to handle complex legal cases with minimal supervision.A solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to think strategically.
