Red Recruitment is recruiting an Insurance Advisor to join our client, a thriving established insurance business. The salary for this position is �27,000 - �30,000 per annum and also includes a further 20% commission, this role is located in Basingstoke.

Key Responsibilities of an Insurance Advisor:
- Working collaboratively with the senior team and colleagues in other business units to ensure the right business insurance is provided for clients
- Providing administration support to staff and customers including responding to e-mails from clients and insurers
- Taking mid-term adjustment queries and processing necessary changes with insurers
- Providing claims support and advice to customers
- Dealing with Premium Finance, Debtors, ledger reports and office audits
Key Skills and Experience of an Insurance Advisor:
- Proficient with Insurance products
- Knowledge of FCA Regulations and compliance
- Ideally holding a Professional qualification relevant to insurance
- Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Enthusiasm for Insurance and providing the very best experience for customers
