Exeter (Monday – Thursday 09:45-19:00 & Friday 10:00-18:00)Hybrid – 2 days working from the office and 3 days working from home (on successful completion of training)We have partnered with one of the UK’s most respected financial companies who are looking to hire exceptional talent. Our client is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and driven individual who can provide exceptional customer service as well as having the hunger to grow and hit targets.The role:Be the primary point of contact, handling incoming calls and emailsEstablishing rapport and building relationships and trustProactively manage your workloadMaintain customer/account details and update when necessaryProvide recommendations to customers on the various options available to them and selling the right solutionWorking towards KPI’s and achieving daily targetsWhat we are looking for:Experience working within the professional services industry, or similar roles within B2C or B2B sales environmentsStrong attention to detail ensuring correct information is processed accuratelyGood interpersonal, organisational, and communication skillsIdentify customer needs and able to make suitable recommendations to fulfil those needsEmpathy and compassion with a desire to do the right thing by the customerHighly motivated, adaptable, and ambitiousPositively influence others by demonstrating core values and behavioursEmpower others by sharing your skills and knowledgeEnhanced pension schemeEnhanced
