Location: East London (parking available + short walk to underground station)Job Type: Full-time, PermanentHours: 9am to 5.30pm (one day working from home) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Account Administrator to join a leading firm of property advisors. This role is ideal for someone with a background in insurance, looking to further their career within a respected and reputable company that offers a broad range of services. Day to Day of the role:
Updating risk information prior to renewal and preparing renewal documents for clients.Uploading premium information to the accounting system.Identifying and exploring new business opportunities both within the firm and externally.Liaising with the marketing department to contact prospective clients.Assisting with quotes and policy updates.Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner.Building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with landlords and brokers.Liaising with Loss Adjusters and claims specialists to manage claims effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients and colleagues.Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.Previous experience in an insurance role is essential.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
