Insurance Administrator



Location: Guildford



Salary �23,000-�28,000





Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm





My client who are based in Guildford are seeking a Insurance Administrator to join their team. To apply for this position you will need excellent attention to detail and previous experience working with in mortgages/banking/financial services. In this role you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing



day to day updates on their mortgage applications. This position is 100% office based.





Daily Duties





Answering the telephone.



Processing mortgage applications for clients, all data to be entered 100% accurately.



Sending out documentation to clients.



Submitting paperwork to product providers.



Chasing providers, to ensure that products are in place within the required timescales i.e. less than 21 days from submission for mortgage offers; insurances on risk for exchange of contracts.



Closing off files upon completion, scanning and shredding.



Assisting colleagues with any other duties, as reasonably requested.
