We are looking for an Insurance Administrator to support our existing Business Admin team.At YuLife

Embrace the unconventional, exercise your imagination and help alter the future with YuLife.Which hopefully is where you come in.The role:The day-to-day management of insurance policies written through YuLife, ensuring all clients, intermediaries and internal customers are provided with a personable, first class customer service.Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Ongoing insurance administration and support of a portfolio of clientsSupport YuLife Sales Teams, Customer Success Account Management team, Advisers, and direct Clients for all ongoing insurance queries and administration related to your clientRequesting anniversary data, reviewing and sending out deposit invoicesPreparing anniversary accounts: review, manipulation and formatting of anniversary data,Reviewing and issuing of policy schedules,Ensuring the Client/Adviser is kept informed of the progress of the journey,Participate in customer account management meetings (on and off-site) as appropriate,Assisting clients/ intermediaries with ad-hoc insurance queriesThe ideal candidate will have:Minimum of 1 years Group Risk administration experience (Healthcare too would be an advantage) with demonstrated technical ability in Group Life, Group Critical Illness, Group Income Protection or Healthcare and Dental productsGR1 or IF7 (or a desire to work towards)A high level of written and verbal communicationExcellent attention to detailLove working with Excel Aptitude for working with multiple technologiesDemonstrate the desire to deliver the best possible customer experience, on a right first-time basisAbility to work under pressure, understanding the peaks of Group Risk businessDemonstrate the ability to adopt change to improve process, efficiency and serviceHappy to work with customers from a variety of backgrounds and positionsAbility to convey complex information to customers with various levels of understanding, whilst maintaining technical integrityWhat you’ll get:We like to give more than we take so here are some of our benefits:Potential to earn share options6x salary life assuranceHealth InsuranceIncome protection3% company contribution to pension via salary sacrifice scheme25 days Annual Leave + 1 Love being Yu (e.g your birthday, moving house anything else that is for Yu!)Access to the YuLife app (which includes a tonne of well-being rewards, discounts and exclusive offers as well as access to Meditopia
