Insurance Account Handler

Our Client, a major Insurance Broker, with a strong presence in Norwich, is looking for a new member of staff to join their Personal Lines insurance team.

You will be responsible for handling Home and Motor classes of business.

You will be familiar with and adhere to FCA and TCF regulations and liaise with your Customer via telephone, email and occasionally face-to-face.

It will be important that you have the communication skills to be able to develop and maintain relationships with New and Existing Clients.

This role can be performed on a hybrid basis, between your home and the office.
