Insurance Account Executive

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the insurance industry? My client is looking to DOUBLE their team, so I'm seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join this leading Insurance Company here in Bristol as an Account Executive.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to both new and existing clients while helping the branch achieve its business goals.

You'll play a pivotal role in the organisation's success by:

• Providing quotations for new business and renewals.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide potential solutions to the company and reduce costs.
• Engaging with clients over the phone and via email to ensure maximum retention and sales targets are achieved.
• Demonstrating efficient communication and negotiation skills.
• Exercising good judgement and analytical thinking.
• Paying close attention to detail in all interactions.
• Adhering to individual underwriting authority limits and the established procedure manual.
• Flexibility, self-motivation, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities and qualifications:

• At least 2 years' experience working within a broking or underwriting environment.
• Cert CII qualification would be a huge advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
