Necessitates a degree ofresponsibility over transaction approval.The roleinvolves Global coverage of Structured Trade programs andtransactions, within Export Agency Finance (EAF).Responsibilities:Work with Bankers, Product Partnersand Underwriters on global export agency finance transactions..Build a solid understanding of Citibank products and serviceswithin Trade, Banking and the broader organization.Bewilling to familiarize with Citibank's credit policies andpractices and regulatory policies.Experience with creditapproval, documentation, structuring, execution of export agencyfinance transactions.Provide training for risk and businesspartners on export agency finance processes.Recommendchanges to process to achieve greater efficiency.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made,demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputationand safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by drivingcompliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering toPolicy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior,conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reportingcontrol issues with transparency.Qualifications:Relevant years of experience at a senior level.Preferred experience with export agency finance transactions.Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (preferred) -previous experience working in a financial institution with additionalexperience in a loan officer or underwriting role. (credit trained aplus)Advanced analytical skills including the ability toread and assess company financial statements, cash flow, industry andcompetitive analysis and projectionsDemonstrated knowledgeof intermediate accounting theory and its practical application in thecredit underwriting processExcellent organizational skills,attention to detail, and the ability to complete assignments in atimely mannerEffective written and verbal communicationskillsProblem recognition and resolution skillsAbility to work autonomously and within a teamProficient in various spreadsheet and word processing applications(Excel and Word are preferred), including the use of graphs andcharts, and Moody's financial analysis softwareEducation:Bachelor's/University degree,Master's degree preferredThis job descriptionprovides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
