Recent experience working at a firm known for its Insolvency work or have 1-5 years’ PQE previous experience of Insolvency work, acting primarily for Insolvency PractitionersExperience preferably in both contentious and non-contentious matters (corporate and personal)Advocacy experience (County Court and High Court Registrars)Good negotiating skills
