Responsibilities:
Establishing and leading the firms insolvency services.
Managing a range of corporate insolvency cases from the ground up.
Develop and implement strategies for the growth and success.
Head up own team of professional and back office insolvency staff
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders.
Collaborating with other offices and insolvency & restructuring teams nationwide to provide comprehensive client solutions.
Requirements & Experience:
Qualified and experienced Insolvency Practitioner.
Proven track record in managing a broad spectrum of insolvency cases.
Experience in business development.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
