Role Description:
As an I&O Associate, you will play pivotal role in turning our unique capability in brand & marketing measurement into compelling insights for Marketing, Brand, and Leadership teams in Global Consumer & D2C organizations. We are scaling and integrating a corpus of cross-channel digital signals from social, search, web, reviews and offline survey datasets to uncover insights, to help our clients & new prospects succeed in the 21st Century marketing.
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with both our Clients and Data & AI team in answering the most pressing questions our clients are asking. You’ll be using the tooling we’ve built to get insight rarely available. You will work in a vertical such as Food, Beverages, Beauty & Personal Care. In this role, you’re expected to take ownership in the insight process from initiation to final delivery. You’ll be defining research question, identifying the relevant data, and presenting the findings to clients and our Product team.
Requirements
3-6 years of Professional Experience in a leading Market Research, Start-up, or Strategy Consultancy
Professional experience in Consumer Insights and/or Marketing Spend
Passion for digital, social, mobile media, and other new platforms to help us maximize the insight generation process.
Solid understanding in how FMCGs build brands, and measure their performance
Sharp thinker and crisp communicator – able to break down complex matters into digestible and actionable format
Ability to synthesize large amounts of information - and translate into insight
Autonomous completer-finisher mindset with proven track record in driving
This is a client facing role and candidates must be comfortable in this environment
Proven experience in conducting research & understanding various research methodologies
Experience in Hypothesis-led / Business Question driven storytelling
A proven track record of writing plans and designing research projects
Culturally plugged in and literate in modern media from a user & industry perspective

Preferred Skills/Experience:
FMCG Experience (direct/indirect) is a major plus
Marketing spend effectiveness or Marketing Mix modelling experience
Social listening tooling know-how
Educated on a variety of analytical methods, shapes thinking and influences decisions
Undergraduate or higher degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, from a reputable University with a strong academic performance
