Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for anInsights Compliance Enablement Lead who is agile and innovativeto work within theglobal Insights & Advanced Analytics Team,based inBraine, Belgium,Slough, UK,orAtlanta, USA.About the roleThis global role is responsible for developing and managing global Insights governance processes and systems, as well as ensuring that insights initiators, stakeholders, and managers across UCB have sufficient training and tools to comply with relevant processes.Who you’ll work withThis role is a member of the Global Insights Excellence Team and works with other team members across the Global Integrated Insights & Analytics Team and with others across UCB in insights-oriented roles. This role works directly with UCBs commercial go-to-market insights and business teams, and indirectly across the full drug development and commercial life-cycle.What you’ll doProvide leadership related to internal and external audits for the global Integrated Insights & Analytics TeamSupport and enable day-to-day compliance on insights projects directly, and by providing day-today direction to assigned Market Research Governance ManagersProactively follow current and emerging regulatory and data privacy issues that may impact effective UCB insights complianceEnsure that UCB Market Research initiators, and the various approver and stakeholder functions, have the knowledge and capability to ensure effective and consistent compliance with Insights SOPs and policiesWork with a wide range of business and functional teams to understand their needs, and ensure that they understand the value and requirements of insights compliance initiaitves.Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skillsEducated to minimum of BSc (or equivalent)Relevant industry experience of at least 5 years within PharmaCompliance, Regulatory, and Data Privacy experience are highly valued.Insights experience, especially with primary market research, but also could be analytics and/or competitive intelligenceChange Management and Training experience is highky valued.Strong communicatrion skills.Lean 6 Sigma certification is highly desireableAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
