Insights Analyst

Job DescriptionWork Location: London, UKWe are looking for a skilled Insight Analyst to uncover impactful data-driven insights that informbusiness strategy and decision making. The Insight Analyst will work cross-functionally to understandkey business challenges and leverage statistical modeling, data analysis, and visualization best practicesto provide solutions.Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify and frame key questions that lendthemselves to data-driven insights Build, validate, and analyze statistical models using large, complex datasets to test hypothesesand reveal business insights Design experiments leveraging A/B testing frameworks to quantify current initiatives and guidestrategy Analyze multivariate datasets using statistical programming languages like SQL, Python, and R Communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to seniorexecutives and key decision makers Continually seek out ways to improve analytical methods and recommend enhancementssupported by dataRequirements: 3+ years professional experience conducting quantitative and statistical analysis Expert skills in SQL, Python, statistical analysis packages Knowledge of data mining, modeling, and visualization methodologies Strong math and statistical acumen; curiosity and skepticism around use of data Ability to translate analytical insights into clear, concise narratives that drive business impact Comfortable communicating analysis and recommendations to all levels of an organization Passionate about discovering solutions hidden within data that positively transform anorganization
