As Insight Platforms Manager, you will:Support the development of our insight and measurement platform strategy and roadmap, working closely with technical and commercial teams to develop requirements and priorities.Work in an Agile and cross-functional team to gather, develop and define requirements, partnering closely with other stakeholders across Media and Insight, Decision Science, Data Product, Technology, and Finance, enabling us to achieve our strategic and commercial goals.Prioritise the delivery of the insight platform roadmap, in line with agreed quarterly and yearly objectives and key results (OKRs), to achieve LS Eleven’s agreed commercial and strategic KPIs.Lead the creation and maintenance of insightful reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate data effectively to diverse audiences.Partner with Data Science, Analytics and Engineering teams to ensure our insight platforms provide a simple and effective measurement capability.Work with our data and technology teams to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of our insight platforms, including data quality, accuracy, and security.Develop and implement strategies to leverage data for customer segmentation, behavioural analysis, and media campaign optimisation.Identify opportunities to enhance our insight platform capabilities and functionality based on user feedback and evolving business needs.Define the requirements and delivery approach where new data and tech integrations are required.Communicate and evangelise the value of customer insight, building awareness and understanding of our customers, to improve customer led decisions and investment into our insight platforms.Help drive a culture of deep, customer understanding that becomes internalised across LS Eleven, Asda Group, and our partners.Work closely with our sales team, to support the commercialisation of our insight platforms and capability.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualisation tools, with a focus on Gen/AI.Work Where it WorksOur hybrid way of working gives you the choice to work where it works.
