Job DescriptionINSIGHTS MANAGERUP TO £60,000+ BENEFITSLONDON, SE1 (HYBRID)THE COMPANYHarnham is working with one of the UK's largest retailers. They are looking for an insight manager to lead a range of research projects to understand the consumer and influence commercial decisions. The role will working across the marketing and product teams looking to deliver research on loyalty, marketing effectiveness and brand. THE ROLEYou will:You will lead ad-hoc insight projects to answer a range of business objectives Utilise first party and third party research analysing data to provide useful insights Turn insights into compelling narratives You will lead mixed-methods research projects from brief and costing through to analysis and debrief, ensuring the smooth running of the research projects and a happy client throughout.You will be encouraged to contribute to their collaborative culture, with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your workYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEYou will need to have:Must have strong experience in Quantitative Research and some qualitative research experience
A good background on the agency side or on the client-sideA background in retail would be preferableExcellent communication skills are key - being clear, confident, persuasive, and empathetic – with clients and co-workers.Brand tracking and brand communications experienceIdeally full service research experience, Project Management as well as Insight.Outstanding communicator (written and verbally), with proven client management experienceSome experience having mentored or trained more junior members of a teamProven in developing and landing actionable insightsTHE INTERVIEW1st stage: 30 minutes teams interview2nd stage: Task stage + Presentation
