The Insight Analyst is a crucial member of the team and the ideal candidate would need to have a high degree of curiosity paired with superb organizational and interpersonal engagement skills to deliver an all-round excellent service.In the role you will be supported to become a high performing member of an ambitious, collaborative and career development focused team.Job ResponsibilitiesProvides support to the client on adhoc queries/requests and the Circana Unify platformResponsible for updating and sharing regular client reportsAssist other team members in preparing findings to a variety of the client’s business critical questions; as well as providing recommendations, actions and quantified opportunities.Develops and leverages strong, collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholdersRequirementsAbility to build and leverage mutually beneficial relationships and networks both internally and externally.Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to use appropriate method to communicate with clients, professional presence, ability to understand and respond to another’s point of view.Strong organisational skills with ability to manage complex and conflicting client requirements or multiple projects/tasksBuilds and leverages mutually beneficial relationships and networks both internally, and externally.Effective team player with the ability to work remotely as well as onsite with clients across virtual and diverse teams.Proactive, curious and tenacious approachHighly self-motivated persona; accountable and committed
