Our graduates have successfully transitioned into top universities, landed positions in Fortune 500 companies and created their own businesses. We have a well diversified portfolio of pedagogically-rich and engaging hybrid programmes that support our learners with their transition into university and the workplace. As a result of our success, our revenue has multiplied over the past years, we are rapidly growing our team and continue to roll out innovative solutions in new markets.You will be responsible for managing a team of programme consultants and driving new business to our in-person and online programmes using various methods such as inbound/outbound calls, chatbot and emails. Our ideal candidate is someone who is a true people manager, highly consultative, analytical and with solid written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a previous high-paced sales management and/or operational role is necessary.If the opportunity to be a highly motivated and analytical Inside Sales Team Manager for an expanding educational provider appeals to you and you meet the requirements, we'd love to hear from you!Your Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Management:Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to ensure individual and collective success.Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute an effective inside sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets, forecast sales performance, and establish sales quotas.Performance Monitoring and Analysis:Monitor individual and team sales performance metrics, analyse trends, and identify areas for improvement.Implement data-driven strategies to optimise sales processes, conversion rates, and revenue generation.Sales Process Optimisation:Define and refine the inside sales process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with best practices.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance the sales cycle.Training and Development:Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill advancement among team members.Customer Relationship Management:Ensure the inside sales team provides exceptional customer experiences, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.Reporting and Communication:Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance insights, and forecasts to senior management.Maintain open lines of communication with team members, addressing challenges, providing guidance, and celebrating successes.We'll be looking for you to demonstrate:Proven experience in leading an Inside Sales Team and/or Sales OperationsStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.Excellent understanding of sales processes, techniques, and customer relationship management.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse sales metrics and trends to drive strategic decisions.Exceptional communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Results-oriented and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organisational and time-management skillsStrong experience with sales & marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)We'll be particularly excited if you:Have experience with selling a portfolio of learning programmes (including summer schools)Have set up an Inside Sales functionWhat we'll offer you: A competitive salary and a discretionary performance-based bonus.A range of people first benefits and experiencesFlexible hybrid work in a dynamic, supportive environment.A chance to impact students' lives globally and grow professionally in a rapidly expanding education provider.If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
