£28k-£30k + commissionThe Role:To sell the brand, products and services primarily through the phone, understanding the customer's needs and offering the best solution for their requirementsTo provide and ensure a premium customer experience and journeyTo collaborate with the Retail & Field Sales teams to ensure the best possible experience for each customer's needsDeliver a premium level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and offering the right solution to reach their goalsManage inbound calls whilst creating proactive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities for either direct or indirect salesSchedule visits with your retail and field sales colleagues where the customers needs are best placed within these areasKeep up-to-date as a product and solutions expert, being a credible AmbassadorMaximise outbound call campaignsManage and maintain ongoing opportunities to ensure the correct support for each order whilst keeping the wider business informedCollect and share adequate market feedback with relevant departmentsManage and profile the CRM Database to ensure information is accurate and up to date (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus)Oversee the process from order to installation and payment to ensure sound execution of the saleProvide customers with CAD visuals of their spaces and solutions (full training provided)Achieve and over-achieve inside sales targetsThe ideal candidate: Knowledge of the steps within the sales process - previous sales experience is desirableResilient prospector/lead generatorCRM and pipeline managementExceptional customer relationsCommunication and presentation skillsIntegrityHunger and drivePassion and optimismTeam player and collaborativeIndependent and organisedCurious problem solverResults driven, "Refuse to Lose" mentalityOffice Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
