The Role
Job Title: Inreach/Outreach Worker
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexibility for 2 early shifts per week for outreach
We are looking for a dynamic individual to work with people across Erewash, Amber Valley and South Derbyshire, who are affected by homelessness. You will be supporting people into appropriate housing and providing follow-on support to help them to sustain their tenancy, promote independence and overcome barriers that may have been the triggers to their homelessness.
You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and help peopleaccess services that support needs such as drug or alcohol issues and mental health. You will need to be able to work alongside a wid...
