West London NHS Trust are currently advertising for an Inpatient Consultant Psychiatrist in our Acute Mental Health Services.Additionally, we are offering a 20K Golden Hello (pro rata for part-time) for those in post for 2 years.The post is for a 16 bedded inpatient unit which is on the site of Charing Cross Hospital, close to all amenities of Hammersmith Broadway. We will robustly support your professional and clinical development, as well as any areas of professional interest you are keen to pursue.The ward manager and matron that you would work with are highly skilled and have recruited an excellent team of professionals to work with them. The ward is engaged in the new strategy of Positive and Caring Environments (P.A.C.E) This strategy supports the reduction of restriction by increasing the offer of positive and proactive care.
