INNOVATION DIRECTOR (AGENCY)
SALARY UP TO £100,000, STOCK OPTIONS, HYBRID WORK ARRANGEMENT

We are collaborating with a specialized innovation consultancy that partners with major global brands across various industries such as FMCG, telecommunications, media, gaming, and more. They are seeking a Director to join their team, contributing to the mentorship of junior team members and actively shaping client strategies.
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
The Director of Innovation will be responsible for the following:
Leading projects focused on innovation and strategy
Supervising and guiding the development of junior team members
Managing client relationships and contributing to business development efforts
Providing innovative insights and recommendations to clients in sectors including sports, gaming, FMCG, and others
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
The Innovation Director must have:
Previous experience in an innovation-focused consultancy or agency
A background in New Product Development (NPD) and creative-led projects
Exposure to gaming and sports clients
Management experience is advantageous
Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, with strong exposure to qualitative
Excellent communication skills
