Responsibilities:

• Fully understanding manufacturing plans and action accordingly.
• Plans and carry out regular schedules of maintenance.
• Ensure moulding tools are safely installed and machines are set properly.
• Ensure that correct materials and stock are used efficiently.
• Ensure all documentation and labelling is correct.
• Monitor Quality of products.
• Support other operators through the manufacturing process.
• Train other staff to operate efficiently.

Experience essential for this role:

• Experience Injection moulding or in a similar working environment.
• Competent Mechanical experience to be able to trouble shoot machines.
• Knowledgeable with moulding techniques, material and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
