This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, from project management to land consultancy and client advisory services. Your Responsibilities:
Project management of infrastructure initiatives from inception to completion
Providing expert land consultancy advice to clients
Negotiating with landowners and managing public inquiries
Supporting wider business projects and mentoring junior team members
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Your Skills & Qualifications:
MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications preferred
Proven project management expertise
Excellent IT skills and attention to detail
Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and networking skills
