(NYSE: AMG), a leading partner to independent active investment management firms globally, alongside senior members of the Pantheon team.For further details, please visit our website: www.pantheon.comPurpose of Position This role drives ongoing analytical support for infrastructure business reporting, spotlighting the listed investment trust, Pantheon Infrastructure PLC ‘PINT’. Responsibilities encompass various analytical tasks and cash flow modelling, portfolio monitoring and management, board communication, investor relations activity, and assisting on sustainability initiatives for Pantheon and the PINT Board. This role will also lead and/or assist with the production of PINT’s Annual and Interim Reports.Key Responsibilities This role emphasises extensive relationship-building both internally and externally. Internally, you'll collaborate with various teams including Investment, Investor Relations, Portfolio Data Performance, Fund Finance, Treasury, Risk, Marketing, Tax, Legal, and Compliance. Externally, engagements span across the PINT Board, corporate broker, communications agency, company secretary, third-party administrators, lenders, and auditors. It is a dynamic opportunity to connect and collaborate across diverse networks.Core responsibilities will include: Produce PINT's Annual and Interim Reports.Assist in creating quarterly net asset value statements, fact sheets, and newsletters.Generate monthly and multi-year cash flow planning, including scenario analyses.Prepare and present PINT’s debt covenant testing.Produce portfolio review and performance analysis for the Board, investor roadshows, and Capital Markets Day.Provide Infrastructure peer group comparative analysis.Collaborate with team and corporate broker on prospectus and marketing materials.Assist in managing relationships with external equity analysts.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for time-sensitive releases and website updates.Assist in producing PINT’s sustainability reports and initiatives.Provide continuous analytical support, including ad hoc research and analysis.Present at roadshow meetings and to shareholders.Work with Pantheon IR team to leverage client relationships.Assist in RFP responses and develop materials for conferences, events, panels, and publications.Manage due diligence responses for shareholders and prospective shareholders.Assist in managing third-party service providers and KPIs.Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Pantheon policies.Knowledge and Experience Required Highly analytical with strong financial modeling skills and familiarity with valuation techniques, with the ability to present ideas clearly and accurately within tight timeframes.Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders internally and externally, being a team player and fitting seamlessly into Pantheon's culture is essential.Application of advanced accounting and financial markets knowledge to research and analysis projects is crucial.Strong proficiency in Excel is a must.This job description is not to be construed as an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities, or requirements.
