We are requiring and individual with several years of experience in Infrastructure Operations or similar. The main responsibilities will include:Monitor and operate hosted technologiesUse management system and processMaintain technology devices and assets (software,networks and infrastructure)Support the diagnosis of the root causes of incidents.About YouAre you and experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineer with a passion for working according to industry and organisational best practices, standards and service requirements throughout the product life cycle.
