Location: Sheffield: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience

Are you ready to influence and drive change across the business with innovative solutions and new ways of working? Synchro are proud to be partnering with a renowned household brand and recruiting on their behalf for a Cloud Infrastructure Manager to join the team.
As an Infrastructure Manager, you will leverage your expertise in your designated technology area. You will oversee the delivery of Infrastructure Improvement Programmes, managing large-scale budgets. This role involves engaging with various stakeholders through established governance forums.
Key responsibilities include:
with Architecture: Work with the architecture team to understand the current setup and problems experienced. Advise on improvements to enhance service delivery and resolve repeat incidents.
with Technology Portfolios: Ensure that new services are developed and launched with solid infrastructure standards, providing a strong foundation and longevity of investment.
Supplier and Partner Relationships: Develop strong relationships and collaborate with suppliers and partners when making technology-related decisions.
as a Central Contact for Service Management: Serve as the central point of contact for technology-related decisions and service improvement plans, including incident management and service restoration.
Senior Infrastructure Managers: You may be called upon to support the delivery of major Infrastructure Improvement Programmes, where the Senior Infrastructure Manager will provide strategic guidance.
