Position: Infrastructure Engineer
Location: York (3 days a week on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 3rd line support for the client's on-premises infrastructure.
Manage and maintain Microsoft infrastructure technologies, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Lead and participate in the delivery of infrastructure projects, from planning and design to implementation and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless infrastructure solutions.
Support and enhance the network infrastructure, ensuring robust connectivity and security.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in 3rd line support and infrastructure project delivery.
Strong expertise in Microsoft on-premises technologies (e.g., Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange).
Solid networking experience, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting of network devices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
