In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our O365 services, providing support for regional Coalfire employees as well as backup support for identity and access management systems and Azure infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for IT administration and a desire to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.What You'll DoManage and maintain Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, retention policies and other related servicesConfigure and manage Active Directory services, including user and group management, group policy administration, and AD replicationImplement and maintain security best practices within the O365 environment, including identity and access management controlsMonitor and troubleshoot O365 and Active Directory-related issues, working closely with other IT teams to ensure timely resolutionCreate and maintain documentation related to O365 and Active Directory configurations, processes, and proceduresServe as a backup for to the Systems Engineer in various areas including but not limited to Ping, Azure Provide Helpdesk level support for regional employees Configure and deploy hardware for new employee onboardingRecover and deprovision hardware for employee offboardingWhat You'll Bring5+ years progressive experience working in IT Support2+ year experience managing all Office 365 services2+ years managing IAM solutions (Ping Preferred)1+ years experience working with authentication protocolsExperience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and other Microsoft cloud servicesExperience managing certificatesExperience with Change Management and Agile methodologiesExperience conducting and documenting high-level root-cause analysis for service interruptions and establishing subsequent preventative measuresO365Strong Active Directory administration skills, including user management, group policies, and access controlsExperience migrating from Hybrid or on premises services to AzureExperience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and integration is a plusMicrosoft certifications such as MCSA: Office 365, MCSE: Productivity, or equivalentExperience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and related servicesExperience with Intune and Jamf is a plusKnowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2)IAMExperience with third-party IAM solutions such as Ping, Okta, Azure AD B2C/B2B, or similarStrong understanding of authentication protocols and security standards such as OAuth, LDAP, SAML, SCIM, OIDCSecurity certifications or IAM specific vendor certification is a plus Strong knowledge of Information Security concepts and ability to apply them Ability to analyze, deconstruct and provide guidance for security related incidentsGeneralDesire to work alongside the team to help design information and operational support systemsConsistently and successfully provide 1st and 2nd level support for regional employeesAbility to diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve hardware, software, or other system problemsAble to contribute individually to the team and give constructive feedback to leadershipAbility to document processes, procedures and create training materials as neededAbility to to explain technical functionality to non-technical stakeholders in understandable terms Excellence in communication as a liaison with vendors, stakeholders and IT personnelWilling to mentor junior membersComfortable with presenting brownbag sessionsWhy You'll Want to Join UsAt Coalfire, you’ll find the support you need to thrive personally and professionally.
