Infrastructure Support Analyst – Central London
As a skilled Infrastructure Support Analyst who is confident supporting a high volume of internal users for 1st and 2nd line queries, you will be working in a team where there are senior members to escalate advanced tasks to. This one could be for you!
We have partnered with an impressive Insurance company based in Central London, the closest tube station is Liverpool Street and the company operate a hybrid working model which is 3 days a week in the office.

You will work closely with the Senior infrastructure team with opportunities to upskill.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Office 365
Meeting room support (Cisco Webex)
Cisco phones
Laptop and Desktop support
Intune mobile MDM
Exchange and Active Directory
ITIL Foundation
