Infrastructure Analyst
Hybrid – 3 days a week in Norfolk

We’re looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to join our well-established client who are a large business based in the UK with some overseas sites on an initial 6 month FTC (with the view of going full time after review)
They are in the process of going through a technology transformation, moving from on Prem to Cloud, across the IT Systems and Infrastructure estate.
This role will be for an all-round Infrastructure working on BAU & some project work. You’ll be responsible for providing support and resolving complex issues, whilst being the final point of escalation for incidents and problems.
Experience Needed:
2 years 3rd line Analyst experience, or similar infrastructure experience.
2 years Windows, MS Office and Active Directory Experience.
2 years Cloud experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
